Gourob Singh Hazari is an Apprentice Lawyer, working under Subrata Chowdhury,
Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, he is also working as the Legal
Counsel of Hazari Estate and the Partner of Advocate Hasan & Associates. He
is also a qualified member of the Dhaka Tax Bar Association and practising as
Fiscal Lawyer. He pursued Masters in Criminology & Criminal Justice from
University of Dhaka and completed LLB (Hon’s) from School of Law, BRAC
University. During his undergraduate study at BRAC University, he worked as the
Research Assistant of Dr. Md. Rizwanul Islam and in extra-curricular arena, he
served as the Secretary General (2011-12) and later as the President (2012-13) of Rotaract Club of BRAC
University, R.I.D: 3281; he also served as the Ombudsman (2014-15) of UNESCO
Club, BRAC University, Dhaka. Currently, In social service activities, he is
working as a Charter Member & Director of the Lions Club of Dhaka
Centennial, District: 315 A1 (2017 to date).
