SOUTH ASIAN JOURNAL OF LAW & POLICY

South Asian Journal of Law & Policy (International Standard Serial Number: 2616-8197) is an International, open access, non-profitable, a peer reviewed journal. It aims to be a scholarly publication that strives to publish leading research, articles, notes, comments.


The Journal will publish its scholarly papers/articles/notes. Each year, two volume of the journal will be published, where each volume will contain minimum five (5) scholarly papers/articles etc. Moreover, it can publish special issues based on the decision of the Editorial Team. After publication of the latest Issue, previous Issue will be found in the Archive segment (Previous Publication) of the journal. The journal have the efficient team of learned advisors and experienced editors and other team members. All articles are subjected to a rigorous editorial process in order to make stronger essence, polish tone, and ensure citation accuracy.


The Journal promotes to publish independent thinking, learning and presentation of thoughts of Sociologists, Theorists, Legal Practitioners, Jurists, Economists, Academicians and Students. The Journal visualize various pragmatic researches on current as well precedential topics in the field of social science, law and allied subject areas. Editorial Boards of the Journal always keen to accept research papers on cutting edge issues in diverse areas of policy suggestions, legal purview. It also provides a forum for members to engage in dialogue on contemporary global and socio-legal issues.
